Catherine Gillings
Catherine founded Talent IQ LLC in March 2017. She has worked in Scotland, England, the USA and Argentina as well as traveled globally for business purposes.
Catherine’s prior roles include Global Director, Talent Management, FMC Technologies Inc. with key responsibility for the identification and development of leaders across the organization.
Prior to joining FMC Technologies her career has gone from lecturing in business to marketing and then into senior Leadership Development/HR roles with a focus in the energy industry.
As well as a passion for developing others for career progression, Catherine has a keen interest in the strategic direction of organizational development. Her 18+years as a leadership and executive coach have enabled hundreds of clients to move forward in their quest for growth as leaders. She also works with organizations on strategic plans for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion ensuring their alignment with overall organizational business objectives.
Douglas Frisby
Douglas brings many years of leadership experience in industry and services, delivering exceptional results, developing talent, and building high-performing teams. During his tenure with a leading global energy company, he held a variety of technical and business leadership positions, leveraging his expertise to drive impactful outcomes across the upstream life cycle.
Douglas has a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across disciplines and geographies. Having lived and worked in the UK, USA, and Argentina—and traveled extensively—he brings a global perspective to his work. Most recently, Douglas established and led a profitable U.S. business for Sword Group, seamlessly integrating their data service model into the local market.
Throughout his career, Douglas has combined technical depth with strategic leadership to help individuals and organizations achieve their full potential and implement sustainable change. He is passionate about fostering cross-disciplinary integration, supporting individual growth, and empowering teams to deliver practical, business-driven solutions.
John Rhodes
John believes that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. His approach is centered around helping clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. John is committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.
